Best holiday ever

My best holiday ever was last summer, in February. I went to Uruguay with my boyfriend. We have a Leader together, and, in 2016, we won some money, so we decided to spend it together in a trip.
We spent only ten days travelling, but it was beautiful.

First, we visited Montevideo, obviously. Then we went to Colonia de Sacramento, Punta del Este and Barra de Valizas. The four places we visited were all too different between each other, so it was very funny.

Barra de Valizas is a small village. It’s very, very hippie. People smoke weed all day. There’s not any comfort. People there don’t have electricity, sewage, anything. But they are so happy! I loved that place, but I can’t live there, I think.

I didn’t like Punta del Este. It was like Viña del Mar. So fancy. The beach was beautiful, but the city haven´t an identity. Anything special.

But, Colonia del Sacramento! I want to live there! Is the most beautiful city I have ever met.

I think in that trip, I’ve really met my boyfriend. I realize that we have so much fun together, we didn’t fight. I fall in love with him.

I hope I can go again someday, because my soul needs it.

Denmark :)

I would like to visit Denmark. Maybe I never will, but dreams are free! I would like to visit that country because of many reasons, but mostly, because Denmark was crowned the happiest country in the world.

According to the "World Happiness Report", the happiest country in the world have a high GDP per person, a healthy life expectancy and low levels of corruption in their leaders. Three things are also essential: a sense of social support, the freedom to make choices, and a culture based on generosity.

I really just know that, but I think it’s enough to want to go.  I would like to see it with my own eyes, to see how that people live and why they are so happy.

Another of the reasons I would like to visit Denmark, is because it's one of the ten countries with the highest gender equality in the world, and I’m feminist, so I would like to see it, and see if the gender equality is evident in the danish people routine.

Obviously, I would like to study there. But just for two or three years, because I also like my country and my people here.
